Kovalchuk: the act challenged Yanukovych, now it cannot be appealed against in the future
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appealed to the constitutional court the Parliament's decision on deprivation of Viktor Yanukovych the title of President of Ukraine, the court assessed the constitutionality of this law in the future does not have the opportunity again to appeal, said in explanation of the Ukrainian Fifth channel 1st Deputy head of the presidential administration Vitaliy Kovalchuk.

The act of depriving Yanukovych of the honorary title of President of Ukraine entered into force on 18 June, Rada voted for him 4 February and 9 February, the document was sent to the President for signature. On the first day of the weekend it was announced that Poroshenko sent to the constitutional court a proposal with a request to assess the constitutionality of the law. This sparked conversations about the fact that Poroshenko wished to demonstrate that the Law is above all but overworked and in fact agreed that the overthrow of Yanukovych was a coup.

"the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko consciously signed the Law on deprivation of Viktor Yanukovych the title of President of Ukraine. Referring also to the constitutional court regarding the constitutionality of the decision of the Verkhovna Rada Petro Poroshenko obvious legal move, justified by the need to be sure that in the future this Law will be challenged in court either in Ukraine or abroad. We are confident that after the decision of the constitutional court, such appeal will be already impossible, " said Kovalchuk.

Yanukovych was deposed as President of Ukraine in February 2014 after the coup. The Verkhovna Rada ousted him from power, changed the Constitution and called early presidential elections, the results of which became the new President Poroshenko.
