The head of OSCE, the foreign Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic has appointed Austrian politician Martin Sajdik his new special representative for Ukraine.
Martin Sajdik also will replace Heidi Tagliavini in the position of envoy to the OSCE, the Contact group, reports the news Agency.
