The composer of "Titanic" was lost in the crash The famous composer James Horner, who received an Oscar for the music for the film "Titanic" and the song My heart will go on, died in a plane crash. The crash happened in the U.S. state of California.

Information about the crash is owned by Horner, occurred on the night of Tuesday, June 23. The tragedy happened 60 miles North of Santa Barbara. James Roy Horner is an American film music composer of Austro-Czech origin. The owner of 2 Academy awards and 2 Golden globes 1998 for the music and the song for the film "Titanic". Also was the composer of the movie "Jumanji", "the Boy in the striped pajamas", "mind Games", "Other", "Commando", "the Mask of Zorro", "Bicentennial man", "Troy", "Avatar", "New Spiderman" and many others. At Horner is survived by his wife and two daughters.
