Spike Will need years to adapt to the new Constitution
Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said that we need a transition period of several years in order to adapt the law to the new Constitution of Ukraine, which suggest refinements to the decentralization.

"There will probably be a transition period, a few years," said the Speaker, noting that it is necessary, that all laws to be brought in congruence with the new wording of the Constitution.

the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in March this year signed the order about creation of the constitutional Commission, which will develop changes in the Main law of the country. Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman last week said that one of the working groups within the Commission drafted amendments to the Constitution in the part of the decentralization reforms, which include a three-tier system of local government.
