according to the document titled " Estimated demand of military power of Ukraine in the means for 2016 - 2018, subject to the ATO (without the active phase, according to directions) ", military spending is expected to increase in 2, 5 times by 2018. The defense budget must be in 2015 - UAH 60 billion, in 2016 - 131 bn., in 2017 143 billion UAH., in 2018 150 billion USD. Thus, the share of the military budget to GDP will increase from 3, 36% this year to 5, 67 % in 2018.

in message posted on the Internet office of the hacker group "Cybermarket" compares data plans with a tendency to reduction of military budgets in European countries, despite the fact that Ukraine currently is in a difficult situation in the economy.

According to the document, military spending Kiev will grow due to the increase of up to 250,000 people, the construction fortificazioni structures, conducting mobilization and training of reservists. The wages of the military, the construction of housing and social packages make up the lowest share of expenditure of the Ministry of defense.
