Putin released the Crimeans from a number of state duties
According to the law signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the population of the Crimea and Sevastopol shall be exempt from payment of a number of state duties ? and among them duty for registration of property rights.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed on Tuesday, the Law Under which the residents of Crimea and Sevastopol are exempt from a number of governmental fees, including fees for registration of rights to immovable property.
The act applies to state duty for the issue of passports (including new generation), a national driver's license, ID tractor-driver, registration documents and the state registration signs on vehicles, according to a report on the official portal of legal information. The relevant Law was adopted by the State Duma on 9 June, and on June 24 it blessed by the Federation Council.
