The radical party will not support the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine
The faction of the Radical party in Parliament will not support the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine, which assume special status of Donbass, said the faction leader Oleg Lyashko on Tuesday.

The constitutional Commission last Friday approved the draft changes to the Constitution in part to the decentralization of Power and handed the document to the approval of President Petro Poroshenko. The President promised to study the changes this week to bring the draft to the Parliament.

The Commission adopted the draft does not provide for a special status for certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, but only prescribes that he be Appointed a special legislative act. The rule of the sequence of Commission of local government in certain areas of Donbass on the basis of the law is proposed to consolidate the transitional provisions of the Constitution.

"Our Faction under any circumstances will never vote for the special status of Donbass, as provided for in the Constitution, as it is the path to the split of Ukraine," - said Lyashko, a speech in Parliament on Tuesday.

The reform of the Constitution in terms of decentralization is provided by the Complex of measures on execution of the Minsk agreements, signed by the contact group in February 2015. A proper clarification in the Basic law must take into account peculiarities of particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the commissioners of these districts ". The authorities of the self-proclaimed DND and LNR many times sent its proposals for reform, but never received a reply.
