VIENNA, 30 June - RIA Novosti/Prime. Minister of energy Alexander Novak assessed last Tuesday Vienna tripartite meeting on gas useful as, for example, the European Commission agreed readiness to support Naftogaz in attracting payment for gas injection into underground gas storage facilities.

"I think that the meetings were useful, the European Commission agreed readiness to render assistance in case of need to Naftogaz and the Ukrainian side to ensure financial resources ", - told reporters the Head of the energy Ministry of Russia on the results of gas talks between Russia-Ukraine-EU.

"There was no talk about the fact that we are obliged today to sign some documents," added the Minister.
