"Authorized authorities of Donetsk national Republic will be discussed with the Commissioner of the Council of Europe Nils Muiznieks development Commission, which will coordinate the work of all international humanitarian missions operating within DND ", - declared Donetsk news Agency in the administration of the head of DND.
