Kelin: draft changes to the Constitution of Ukraine does not meet the Minsk-2
The draft changes to the Constitution of Ukraine, which was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, the country's leader Petro Poroshenko, does not comply with the Minsk agreements, said Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE Andrey Kelin.

"No, he (the Draft amendments) does not comply with the Minsk agreements, and about that I have the opportunity to say quite right, because it is sufficient to take the text of the Minsk agreement and see what it says. They have a lot of things - the development of the local police, the protection of the Russian language, and there are a number of positions that were discussed in Minsk in March and included in the text of the Minsk agreements. None of this reflected ", - the Russian diplomat said on the radio station.

The constitutional Commission last Friday approved the Draft changes to the Constitution to decentralize Power. Poroshenko has promised to consider the proposals and to Wednesday night to give the approved Project in the form of law to the Verkhovna Rada. The Ukrainian authorities hope to adopt them this autumn.
