Patriotic "stop list" of foreign NGOs, the Federation Council will form on the basis of information of the Ministry of justice, the Federal security service, General Prosecutor's office, other departments, and regions, said the head of the Federation Council on constitutional legislation Andrey Klishas.
The Federation Council wants to apply to the justice Ministry, the interior Ministry and the Prosecutor General's office initiative to make "Patriotic stop list" for foreign NGOs working in harm to the interests of the country.
