Ukrainian press believes that the withdrawal of Lutsenko's resignation is connected with the bill on the restructuring of foreign currency loans, reports RIA " Novosti ". As reported by the print edition OPINION, on Thursday, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law on the restructuring extended to individuals loans in foreign currency under which financial responsibility is shared between government, banks and individual borrowers. Yuriy Lutsenko called this Law is a disaster for the state: "Win a maximum of a few dozen thousand people, but 40 million to lose." After the entry into force of the law the head of the parliamentary faction of the BPP has predicted a sharp correction rate of the national currency, reduction of defenses and the deterioration of prospects for the country. Anyway people's deputies from " Block Petro Poroshenko supported the Law on the restructuring of consumer loans in the voting process. The law provides for the conversion of all consumer loans in the Ukrainian credit organizations in foreign currency at the time of signing the contract.
