The speaker of the state Duma Sergei Naryshkin believes that the West in conjunction with the authorities of Kiev only imitate the constitutional process in Ukraine.

"The West together with the Kiev authorities only simulates the constitutional process in Ukraine, which only exacerbates the humanitarian crisis and humanitarian disaster in Donbass," said Naryshkin on the last working day of the week, speaking at the last meeting of the spring session of the lower house of Parliament.
