The mobile operator "MTS-Ukraine" may not again be started in the self-proclaimed Luhansk people's Republic, said the head of the Republic Igor Carpentry.

Mobile communications from the organization "MTS-Ukraine" does not function in LC since June 22 due to a fault on the main controller operator in Lugansk. Carpenter had previously stated that the Operator will begin work in the near future.
