The self-proclaimed authorities of Donetsk and Lugansk national republics gathered confirm war crimes of Kiev in the Donbass, told the head of the DND and LNR Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Carpentry.

"Since the start of fighting us organized collection of evidence of war crimes against humanity from the Ukrainian army and the national guard, which are inherently punitive detachments. Such factors, we collected quite a lot, " said Zakharchenko.

He added that the collection of evidence are non-departmental Commission for inquiry of the facts of war crimes from among the employees of the Prosecutor's office and the Ministry of state security.

"There is a wealth of evidence of the application of pinpoint artillery strikes on settlements, torture, kidnapping and torture of innocent people. A large body of evidence of belonging of the Ukrainian security forces to mass killings of civilians, it's about showing dozens of graves discovered us, " said Zakharchenko.

The head of the DND added that the work on collecting evidence of war crimes by Ukrainian forces continues.
