The self-proclaimed Donetsk people's Republic will send at the beginning of the next week on vacation to Russia one and a half thousand children, said Wednesday the Minister of education and science DND Larisa Polyakova.

"Thirteenth day of the month (July - ed.) fifteen hundred children we are preparing to leave on vacation in the Rostov region and Crimea," she said.

The reform of the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of the decentralization envisaged by the Minsk agreements of February 12. Amendments must take into account peculiarities of particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the commissioners of these districts ". The authorities DND and LNR many times sent its proposals for reform, but never received a reply.
