The self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics are turning to the UN security Council on the establishment of the international Tribunal for the prosecution of crimes in the Donbass, said the head LNR Igor Carpentry.

"Donetsk people's Republic and Lugansk people's Republic are turning to the Security Council of the United Nations with a petition for the establishment of the international Tribunal for the prosecution of persons responsible for violations of international humanitarian law and crimes against humanity in Ukraine," said Carpenter.
