"It will help Ukraine, which already is the third-largest grain exporter, to double exports over the next three years. We focus on fresh markets, including developing countries who suffer from hunger in Asia, Africa and the middle East, to help US to promote stability, peace and democracy in the world, " writes Pavlenko.

However, he said that the agricultural sector of Ukraine suffered significant losses due to hostilities in the East of the country, but also due to the loss of Crimea. At the same time, points to the Minister, in the 2014-2015 crop year, the country increased grain exports by 4, 6% to 34, 6 million tons." We are determined to intensify reform, " he stresses.

One of the directions of reforms in the agricultural sector is the privatization of agricultural plants."
