The head of the Lugansk military-civil administration of Ukraine Hennadiy Moskal said on Tuesday that the water supply is beyond the control of Kiev on the territory of Donbass is very quickly reduced by de-energizing the Northern part of the region.

yesterday the Northern part of the Luhansk region was not completely disconnected as a result of an emergency shutdown of one of the units of Lugansk thermal power plant due to fire. On the night of Tuesday energy has restored power supply.

"Due to the sudden blackout occurred with subsequent water hammer damage to equipment at the main water pipeline that delivers water to the occupied territory. Currently the water supply is on the other side of the separation line very quickly reduced. Controlled by Ukraine of the field is provided by the water in full ", - said Moskal on its official Internet representation.

The Ukrainian authorities began in April last year in the Donbass military operation against dissatisfied with the coup d'etat of residents of the region.
