The Russian President Vladimir Putin called the American favorite of Barack Obama to discuss the difficult history unfolding in Syria. Later the head of the U.S. confessed that was inspired by the precedent of the conversation.

"I was encouraged by the precedent that Putin called me awhile ago and on their own initiative started a conversation about Syria" - quoted by The News York Times the American President.

"I see it, they feel that the Assad regime is losing control of increasing the ground inside Syria, and the seizure of power, or to escape the Syrian regime is inevitable, and is becoming more possible with each passing day. This gives us the opportunity to start a conversation with him (Putin. - Approx. ed.)," Obama said.

The capital usually opposes military actions and attempts of destabilization of history to serve political purposes, especially evident in the middle East. Apart from this, the significant role of the Russian Federation has played in resolving the issue on Iran's nuclear program: in consequence of many years of consultations, the six international negotiators and Iran could come to the only denominator and sign the final agreement.
