The head the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said on Wednesday that the country has appealed to the UN Security Council an initiative to endorse the project of creation of the special Tribunal for inquiry the plane crash MH17 near Donetsk in July 2014.

before the proposal of the establishment of the Tribunal by Malaysia (liner owned Malaysian company), Ukraine, Australia, Netherlands (most of the 298 people killed people in the cabin were the inhabitants of these countries) and Belgium. Russia does not support this proposal. According to the plan of Malaysia, the international court is obliged to ensure fair justice for the perpetrators of the collapse of the liner. Yesterday it was claimed that Malaysia introduced a draft decision on the establishment of the international Tribunal for inquiry of the tragedy.

"We have agreed through consultation draft of its Statute, and we agreed that next week We will work on the draft decision and the draft Statute at the Ministerial level," said Klimkin, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada.

Flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed 17 July 2014 in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. In the cabin of the ship were 298 people, they all died. At the end of may, international experts have completed a search mission at the crash site of the aircraft. The collected debris, the remains of the passengers and their personal belongings were sent to the Netherlands.
