Rada will go for summer vacation and not extend the work until September 1
The Parliament of Ukraine did not want to cancel the summer holidays and extend the work until September 1. The initiative was supported by 187 parliamentarians with the necessary minimum of 226 votes.

The resolution was Proposed to extend the term of the second session of the Verkhovna Rada until September 1, 2015. It was also proposed to establish that the plenary sessions in this period will be convened if required by the speaker.

According to the schedule, the current session of the Parliament will end on Friday, July 17. However, the speaker of the Parliament Volodymyr Groysman announced many times that the MPs will work without holidays, to adopt on first reading the amendments to the Constitution on decentralization of power.

Happy Thursday sent the draft changes to the Constitution for examination to the constitutional court of Ukraine. In Parliament, expect to receive the findings of the court until the end of August.
