Britain supported the idea of establishing an international Tribunal for MH-17
Irina Chumakova. Hearing of the death of flight MH-17 requires the creation of an international Tribunal, said the British foreign Secretary Philip Hammond on the anniversary of the plane crash MH-17 near Donetsk in Ukraine.

On Tuesday, Malaysia introduced a draft decision on the establishment of the international Tribunal for the investigation of accident of the plane MH-17 near Donetsk in Ukraine in July 2014, the date of its consideration until not defined.

With the proposal of the establishment of the Tribunal was made by Malaysia (liner owned Malaysian company), Australia, the Netherlands (most of the 298 people killed people in the cabin were the inhabitants of these countries), Ukraine and Belgium. Russia does not support This proposal. According to the Malaysia plan, the court is obliged to ensure fair Justice for the perpetrators of the crash of an airliner Malaysia Airlines.

"Justice must prevail for the 298 innocent people who lost their lives. This requires international Tribunal, supported by a resolution binding on all member States of the UN to prosecute those responsible, " said Hammond.
