The self-proclaimed authorities of Donetsk national Republic have plans to raise at the meeting in Minsk the issue of the return of children removed to Kiev-controlled territory a year Earlier, told reporters the Commissioner of the DNR on the rights of the child Jan Chepikova.

"From our side We are making efforts to return the children transferred to the Ukraine. We have prepared documents for consideration at the meeting in Minsk.
