The Plenipotentiaries of the Russian Federation in the total surveillance center and coordination (SCCC) of the ceasefire will give Kiev a report on the diversion of weapons to the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic from the line of contact, said the head of representation of the Russian Federation in SCCC Lieutenant-General Oleksandr Romanchuk.
