The head of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR Yevgeny Shevchuk signed a decree on the mobilization of men aged 18 to 27 years.
"To call for military service in the armed forces, border and internal troops of the male Residents aged 18 to 27 years, consisting or obliged to consist on the military account and not staying in a stock that has lost the right to deferment from military Service, and also subject to conscription and involved (attracted) to account for non-observance of military records.
