Kiev supported the development Tribunal for the MH17 crash
The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine informs about the necessity of creation of the international Tribunal for the disaster Boeing in Ukraine before the end of the criminal investigation that will provide an opportunity to ensure maximum de-politicization of this issue, reported in the report of the Ukrainian Ministry of foreign Affairs on the first day of the week.

last week, Malaysia introduced a draft decision on the establishment of the international Tribunal for the investigation of the MH17 crash near Donetsk in Ukraine in July 2014. The UN security Council on the first day of the week will hold a meeting behind closed doors on the draft decision. With the proposal of the establishment of the Tribunal was made by Malaysia (liner owned Malaysian company), Australia, the Netherlands (most of the 298 people killed people in the cabin were the inhabitants of these countries), Ukraine and Belgium. Russia does not support this proposal. According to the Malaysia plan, the court is obliged to ensure fair justice for the perpetrators of the crash of an airliner Malaysia Airlines.

The judge, the Prosecutor and the Registrar of the Tribunal shall be appointed by the UN Secretary General. The Prosecutor will be fully independent and have the right to conduct additional independent investigations. The development of the Tribunal at this stage is consistent With the practice of the Security Council ", - is informed in the report of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

the Ministry also emphasizes that the resolution of the UN security Council is extremely important to take clear and decisive action against those responsible for the catastrophe.

"the security Council unanimously collected responsibility. One year later the time has come to implement this requirement in practice. The delay in the administration of justice is equivalent to its absence ", - reported in circulation.

The plane, EN route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that crashed on 17 July 2014. Lost the lives of all 298 passengers in the cabin, 193 of them were residents of the Netherlands. At the end of may, international experts have completed a search mission at the crash site of the aircraft. The collected debris, the remains of the passengers and their personal belongings were sent to the Netherlands. The final report of the Security Council of the Netherlands for reasons of the catastrophe is expected to be placed in the first part of October 2015.
