Symonenko: draft changes to the Constitution of Ukraine does not lead to peace
The leader of the Communist party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko believes that directed the Parliament for examination the Draft changes to the Constitution in terms of decentralization does not lead to peace in the Donbass, because these changes are accepted without regard to the interests of Donetsk and Luhansk.

The Verkhovna Rada last week decided to send submitted by President Petro Poroshenko Draft changes to the Constitution for examination to the constitutional court.
