Ukraine ought to have at the beginning of the heating season about 19 billion cubic meters of gas in underground gas storage facilities, and a minimum of 3, 5 million tons of coal in the warehouses, said on Thursday the country's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

"I am extremely angry with management system in the energy sector. We must have at the beginning of the heating season about 19 billion cubic meters of gas in storage, because I still predict that winter has the ability to be not literally warm, " - said Yatsenyuk at the meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing of Ukraine.

according to his statement, warehouses Ukraine must have a minimum of 3, 5 million tons of coal.

"If gas the government has issued guarantees and we are looking for a resource, then on coal yesterday (Wednesday) in fact in the manual mode, the government is engaged in the issuance of loans, purchase of coal," - said Yatsenyuk.
