Samokhina also clarified a welcome change in industry: company DNR has increased not only the production but also the number of jobs.

The reform of the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of the decentralization envisaged by the Minsk agreements of February 12. Amendments must take into account peculiarities of particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the commissioners of these districts ".
