Yatsenyuk: Kyiv expects a positive decision by the IMF tranche
The government of Ukraine has fulfilled all the criteria of the IMF and expects a positive decision on the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund on July 31, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk at a meeting with the delegation of the European Parliament on the last working day of the week in Kiev.

"He (Yatsenyuk - ed.) has noticed that the Government of Ukraine has fulfilled all the criteria of the international monetary Fund and expects a positive decision on the results of the meeting of the IMF Board of Directors on 31 July in respect of the next tranche ", - informed on the Internet office of the Ukrainian Prime Minister.

The meeting also discussed the topical issues of social and economic situation of Ukraine." very much depends on the process of debt restructuring ", - noted Yatsenyuk.

"But the decision is not final. We need to run the Ukrainian economy and Express support for those who need it, whose standard of living has dropped significantly. The government is trying to find a way to increase social spending. Together we'll make this work ", - noted the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

previously the head of the national Bank of Ukraine Valeria Gontareva said that the IMF will look at the allocation of the second tranche Kiev in case of approval by Parliament of a package of draft laws. Last week the Verkhovna Rada approved the necessary laws to continue cooperation with the Fund.
