Vice-President of the USA supported the idea of creating a buffer zone in the Donbas
Vice-President of the USA Joe Biden welcomed the proposal of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the creation of a 30-km demilitarised zone in Eastern Ukraine under the control of the OSCE, said on the last working day of the week, the White house.
