Polish analyst: Europe lost the economic war on Russia
The economic war against Russia waged by the European Union under pressure from the United States, has led to huge losses for the Europeans, the political scientist, the Director of the European center for geopolitical analysis Mateusz Piskorski.

"European leaders now follow the majority interests of the United States, acting as a global player, and forget about their own economic interests, waging war of sanctions, economic war against Russia," said Piskorski in conversation Sputnik international.

explaining the recent message of the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin about the fact that Europe must be more dependent on North America and to chart their own course, Piskorski said that " Putin has understood this better than the overwhelming number of authorized European political establishment ".

Relations between Russia and the West deteriorated in connection with the situation in Ukraine. At the end of July, the EU and the US from point penalties against private individuals and organizations have moved to the measures against entire sectors of Russia's economy.
