Malaysia, the Netherlands, Australia, Belgium and Ukraine investigating options for litigation, alternative to the international Tribunal, informs referring to the envoy of the foreign Ministry of the Netherlands.

One of them is an international court established with the assistance of the five countries, said the spokesman of the foreign Ministry of the Netherlands, quoted by the Agency.

Another discussed option is the Tribunal established by the UN General Assembly, he added.

Finally, a third option, for which discussions are underway, - the investigation of the national court, one of the five countries. The discussion of these options is held in the capitals of those countries and at the UN, said the spokesman.

Russia on Wednesday blocked a draft decision on the establishment of an international Tribunal as seen through the eyes of a group of countries conducting the proceedings of the crash of the Boeing under Donetsk.
