The appellate court of Volyn region obliged the state company "Ukrtransnafta" to prevent suspended in the spring of Alexander Lazorko to the management of the plant, reports Ukrainian news Agency.

Lazorko believes these decisions are unfounded. According to his statement, the basis for his removal has the ability to be a mere criminal divergence or damage to the organization.

"Ukrtransnafta" is the operator of the oil transportation system of Ukraine, which includes 18 of pipelines with a total length 4569 miles.
