"Were discussed (at the meeting of the government - ed.) on the export of coal from the ATO through the Russian Federation. This question was today voted positively, " said the Minister.

according to his statement, the scheme of export of coal through the territory of the Russian Federation provides for delivery not only in the Luhansk TPP, but also on stations that are on the Kiev-controlled territory.

"There are 3 different routes (delivery of coal through Russia - ed.) from 10 kilometers to 300 kilometers," - said Demchyshyn.

The reform of the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of the decentralization envisaged by the Minsk agreements of February 12. Amendments must take into account features of " separate districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, agreed with the commissioners of these districts ". The authorities DND and LNR many times sent its proposals for reform, but never received a reply.
