The next meeting of the contact group on settling the situation in Donbas will be held in Minsk on August 26.

The Parliament of Ukraine appointed on 25 October next local elections. According to Rada adopted the document, elections are not held beyond the control of Kiev on the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. The list of the Kiev-controlled cities in the Donbass, which will be held local elections will determine the Ukrainian Central election Commission.
