The driver of the head of the constitutional court of Ukraine, jointly with the head COP was in a car accident, died, was informed on the last working day of the week Ukrainian Agency referring to the Poltava regional Department of militia.

The accident, which damaged the head of the COP Yuri Baulin and his Driver, was on July 26. Local media reported that a Toyota Camry in which they were travelling at high speed drove into oncoming traffic, which caused a head-on collision. It was claimed that Baulin and his Driver brought to the emergency room. According to militia, in the end of the accident 3 persons, and among them a child, were killed and three others were damaged.

"On the evening of August 13 at Poltava regional clinical hospital died hospitalized after resonant road accident the Driver of the head of the constitutional court of Ukraine Yurii Baulin ", - told the Agency.

in the management of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine in Poltava region said that the appointed number of long-term examinations at the end of which it will become clear whether there was fault in the crash the driver of the nos.

If this case is proven, then the case will be closed even before the court in connection with the death of the culprit, said the police.

The head of the COP after the accident was transported to a hospital in Kyiv.
