The OSCE mission stressed the lack of parts allotted weapons in Donbas
OSCE observers fix the lack of parts meant for "Grad" and howitzers in the Donbass, told reporters the head of the Donetsk regional office of observers of the OSCE special monitoring mission in Ukraine Olga Skibowska.

"this week, the mission continued to monitor and report on the absence of weapons in places of concentration, where they were obliged to be reserved. On Wednesday we found that eleven howitzers and 8 systems "Grad" was missing in some places the concentration of arms the APU, and at the same time 6 self-propelled howitzers were absent in some places the concentration of DNR, " said Skibowska.

She added that both sides of the conflict turned to the observers with the application to secure the removal of equipment by both parties.

"this week the APU and the DNR sent a request to the mission to ensure that both sides took heavy weapons. But the parties create obstacles for us in this by denying access to small places of concentration, " said Skibowska.
