MOSCOW, 19 Jan - R-Sport. The sports Minister, Vitaly Mutko, paid homage to the British election for the position of President international Association of athletics federations (IAAF).

The IAAF Congress elected the new President of the double Olympic champion in the 1,500 meters Briton CoE. He competed with the Olympic champion in the pole vault by Ukrainian Sergey Bubka.
