The Ministry of justice of Ukraine has developed the draft law on the establishment of the National Agency for investigation and disposition of assets obtained by criminal means, the document will be forwarded for consideration to the Parliament.
"The Agency is intended to solve the problem of conducting a professional and timely assessment of different types of assets, their conservation value, management at the pre-trial investigation and the trial, and after the decision on confiscation ", ? said 1st Deputy Minister of justice Natalia Sevostyanova. In addition, in her expressions, the new structure will be designed to engage and realization of these assets on the market.
