Parubiy: Rada may consider amendments to the Constitution on August 27,
Extraordinary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, on which the deputies will consider in the first reading changes to the Constitution on decentralization of power, can be held on August 27, said 1st Deputy speaker Andriy Parubiy.
