Lawyer: Yanukovych will call its own address to the investigation from Ukraine
The former head of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych is ready today to inform Ukrainian consequence of his own residential address in Rostov-on-don, the Russian Federation, said his lawyer Vitaly Serdyuk.

"at the moment Yanukovych made a formal statement about the fact that correspondence for the purpose of service of procedural documents need to be sent to the address of our bar Association. Secondly, Yanukovych today (Thursday) will inform the investigator of the address of their actual residence in Rostov-on-don ", - said Serdyukov at a press conference.

He said that Yanukovych is ready to provide all necessary evidence to the inquiry, but can't come to Ukraine, because there are fears for his life. In addition, the lawyer noticed that Yanukovych is a Ukrainian citizen.

As said Serdyuk, Yanukovych said that he suspected only in two cases - about independence and about " Ukrtelecom ". According to him, currently the case of dispersal of the Maidan stopped for a while, and investigative actions on the case are not held.

at the end of July, Yanukovych agreed to testify at the trial of his case in a videoconference. Later it was declared that the Ukrainian investigators and protection Yanukovych coordinates the interrogation in the videoconference.

in early 2015, it was announced that the main Prosecutor's office of Ukraine has started the procedure of correspondence involving Yanukovych to justice under the criminal code and appealed to Russia with a request for the extradition of the former President. The General Prosecutor's office suspected Yanukovych in the creation of an illegal organization, abuse of office, embezzlement of state property and on several other articles. The head of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation stated that he had not received the documents for the extradition of Yanukovych to Kiev.
