Purgin: Kiev would violate human rights by not conducting elections in Mariupol
The head of the people's Council of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic Andrey Burgin believes that the Ukrainian authorities violate the Convention on human rights, if you will not allow the holding of elections in Mariupol.
