1st humanitarian logistics center in the Donetsk region on the border started the process on August 28. According to civil-military administration of the region, on the area of 2 acres with water and power supply will be open-house pharmacy, a mobile branch of Oschadbank, first-aid station, a shopping arcade and health area. To preserve public order within the logistics center will be the Workers of the Ministry of internal Affairs, checking at the entrance will implement border guards, and away - the Staff of the fiscal service.
