The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov promises a thorough investigation of the riots in Kiev and says that he will not allow chaos in connection with these events.

"the trial will be careful. We will be implacable, and I require support from society and all politicians in harsh punishment. This can not continue. If they would tolerate This, we will have chaos everywhere. I will not allow it. My function as Minister, not to allow it, " Avakov said at a press conference on the first day of the week.

The Parliament of Ukraine on the proposal of the President Petro Poroshenko accepted on the first day of the week in the first reading the draft changes to the Constitution of the country in terms of decentralization.
