Lutsenko: amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine should be taken after the elections
The leader of the largest in the Ukrainian Parliament of the Pro-presidential faction "Block of Petro Poroshenko" Yuriy Lutsenko considers it appropriate to adopt in General the draft of the constitutional changes on decentralization after the local elections, scheduled for 25 October.
