NATO Secretary General called the situation in Ukraine " very fragile "
According to the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Commonwealth of Jens Stoltenberg, the current situation in the Ukraine is in NATO concern and requires approval only by diplomatic means.
During his visit to Ukraine, NATO Secretary General said that the situation had been " very fragile ", and the output of the Ukrainian fall, one must look within the strict implementation of the Minsk agreements.

It was announced that the Ukrainian army will involve a thousand soldiers, nine vessels, eight aircraft and helicopters, up to 50 units of wheeled vehicles, from the State border service of Ukraine ? about 10 patrol boats. Such exercises have been held since 1997 in the framework of bilateral cooperation. Their conduct caused numerous protests in Mykolaiv and Odessa regions, often accompanied by clashes. Twice maneuvers were disrupted, for example due to resistance of local authorities.
