The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes that the Ukrainian Parliament will adopt amendments to the Constitution in terms of decentralization in the 2nd reading after the local elections planned for 25 October.

"I am confident that valaisiana will take place after the elections, the factor of local elections will put pressure on those or other political forces. The schedule was very intelligently built, " said Poroshenko in an interview to Ukrainian TV channels on Sunday.

He also said that he hoped that valaisiana will hold until the New year.

"It is written in the Minsk agreements, if the Minsk consensus will not be ripped off, I hope that we will be able to finish raising efforts (among the coalition members - ed.)", - said Poroshenko.
