Lagarde: IMF Board of Directors will evaluate the debt of Ukraine to Russia
The managing Director of the IMF Christine Lagarde said the Fund's Board of Directors will discuss the debt of Ukraine to Russia, reports on Sunday.

"The Board of Directors (IMF) defines the parameters of one or another of debt, and I think, because it (the debt of Ukraine to Russia - ed.) will be decided by the Council," he said, answering a question on the debt of Moscow during a mutual press conference with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kiev.

first Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine has agreed with creditors to restructure its debt, for example, on the write-off 20% of debt. Thus, according to him, Russia, which is not included in the creditors ' Committee of Ukraine, will not receive the best terms on the loan, than those that agreed other creditors.

The Ukrainian government later adopted the provisional rules of sovereign debt restructuring, including its perimeter and redeemed by the Federation Eurobonds for $ 3 billion, which in Kiev is considered commercial and not governmental loan.

The Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov said that Russia will demand full repayment of Ukraine's Eurobonds at the beginning of winter this year. According to him, Russia considers himself to official creditors, the settlement of the debt with official creditors, with States considered separately.
